Had an interview lined up with a Bengaluru based company while staying at my parents' place in Churu for a family visit that week. Everything was ready that morning, laptop fully charged, internet working fine, nothing seemed like it could realistically go wrong at that point. Five minutes into the call the electricity just went out entirely across the whole street, wifi dropped along with it instantly, screen froze mid-sentence. Ended up connecting through my phone hotspot standing outside the house trying to find a decent signal in the afternoon heat. Still managed to finish the whole interview but it was easily the most stressful one I've ever given in my life, standing in the sun the entire time trying to sound composed.
