There was a time I'd check my portfolio every five minutes. Every red candle felt personal.
Now it's different. About ₹11 lakh scattered across four exchanges, and opening the app has become less of a habit and more of a weather report. Yep, still red.
Don't panic anymore. Don't average down anymore either. Most days I just lock the phone, sit down, ask someone to pass the rotis like nothing happened.
Not sure if that's emotional maturity or just complete exhaustion at this point.
