My date brought her roommate to our first date and acted like it was normal

I matched with this girl and we planned to grab coffee after work.

I get there and she's sitting with another girl. I assumed her friend was just leaving, but nope.

She stayed.

The entire time.

Every time I asked my date something, her roommate would answer first. At one point I asked what kind of movies she likes and the roommate literally said, “She's more into documentaries.”

Ma'am, I'm trying to date your friend, not interview her through customer support 😭

The weirdest part? When the bill came, they both looked at me.

I suddenly understood why I was invited.
