She invited me to her friend's birthday party and I thought it would be fun.
We walk in and she says, “Everyone, this is my boyfriend.”
I genuinely looked behind me.
Later her friend asked how long we had been together and I said, “About… six days?”
My date got annoyed and said I was embarrassing her.
Apparently I had missed several relationship updates that happened without my participation 😭
