okay this needs context. she got a haircut yesterday and honestly?? i genuinely could not tell the difference, we met up and I acted totally normal because to me nothing had changed. later that evening she texts "accha hai, kuch notice hi mat kiya karo" and I THOUGHT she was joking so I replied "kya hua?" seen. no reply. ten minutes later I check and I'm blocked. that night her best friend actually called me to explain the whole situation, apparently I just needed to say ONE sentence, "haircut accha lag raha hai," and none of this would have happened. got unblocked the next day but now every single time we meet I spend the first two minutes scanning her from head to toe just to make sure there isn't some other test running that I haven't noticed yet
