With soil already saturated from days of rain, the IMD has issued a moderate flash flood risk for Mumbai City, Thane, Palghar, Pune, Ahmednagar and several Gujarat districts over the next 24 hours, plus a lower-grade warning stretching into parts of Chhattisgarh and Odisha.
