A building collapse in Pune left nine people trapped, with heavy rain and a garbage pile cited in initial reports around the incident.
There’s an easy take on this and then there’s the harder question of implementation, incentives and what actually changes on the ground. I’d want to see more detail before declaring it a huge win or disaster.
