A friend said he was doing a small birthday dinner and invited six of us. Nice place, good food, normal evening.
At the end, the restaurant brought out this huge custom cake with his face printed on it.
Then he said, “Guys, cake was $90, so just add $15 each when we split.”
Nobody knew about the cake.
He ordered himself a birthday cake and surprised us with the invoice 😭
