Had to fill out some paperwork and realized my emergency contact was no longer my brother.
It was my girlfriend.
I asked when I changed it.
Apparently I didn’t.
She had helped me complete another form months ago and “updated it because it made more sense.”
We’d been dating five weeks at the time.
My brother found this hilarious. I’m slightly concerned.
