Maybe I’m missing something here, but I don’t think the headline alone tells the full story.
A new behind-the-scenes account explained the unusually huge cast assembled for the Akshay Kumar film.
There’s an easy take on this and then there’s the harder question of implementation, incentives and what actually changes on the ground. I’d want to see more detail before declaring it a huge win or disaster.
